First off, it was empty, good. But the person who was doing the testing was a spoiled jerk. He literally felt the need to "try" to be rude. Little boy, I may look like a 25 year old but im almost 60! No respect. Ive never had an issue here but he was rude from the start, and im sure it was due to the heat. Regardless, dont be rude. Than I went inside and Sam was as pleasene as can be. The young lady next to hom also.

NO WAITING on this Tuesday afternoon! Also EFFICIENT, professional & a nice, neutral business like tone. TIP - TUESDAY'S are usually the BEST days for NO WAITING! BEWARE - This is an IL Air Emissions Testing site. IF you also want to purchase a IL LICENSE PLATE ANNUAL STICKER for a PASSENGER CAR like mine here, there will be an $8.50 THIRD PARTY CHARGE & ONLY PAYABLE USING a Debit or Credit CARD to pay, ie NO CASH NOR CHECKS ACCEPTED. VS IF you can GO to a IL SECRETARY of STATE OFFICE to PURCHASE your IL LICENSE PLATE STICKER, there will be NO third party CHARGE of $8.50

Very respectable, yet non-professional whatsoever. Workers very nonchalant about policy, and manager switching up and down the lane sashaying and using profanity as she spoke to the workers. I went at an awesome time I was pretty much in and out in less than 5 minutes
